Founded in 2018, LEMAUREY was established on the principles, expertise and knowledge gained over the last 15+ years. 

 

The LEMAUREY mission is to provide independent and impartial consultancy and support to organisations working in or with the Airports and Aviation industry. We strive to closely follow the United Nations Global Goals initiatives; to drive innovation, sustainability and partnerships to create a better future.

 

As specialist aviation problem solvers and 'fixers', we are focussed on efficiency and LEAN principles, we specialise in identifying, innovating and implementing solutions, connecting organisations to technical partners, software solutions and other problem solvers. LEMAUREY was founded by Andy Walters; a former Aerodrome Accountable Manager, Safety & Operations Manager and CAA Form 4 Ground Operations Post Holder in Corporate /Business Aviation; with a proven and respected track record of delivering results for many organisations.


The Company delivers aviation industry thought leadership, technical partnering solutions, digital twin solutions, management of change, efficiency and streamlining through technology solutions, regulatory, policy & procedural audits, compliance monitoring advice, support and consultancy services, a wide array of technical authoring, safety & risk management and other solutions to aviation and non-aviation organisations.

Profile

Andy's passion and drive comes from over 15+ years working in aviation and running businesses, driving success and delivering on commitments and projects of differing magnitude.

Career Experience

Andy has worked with Governments, Local Authorities, Commercial Aircraft Manufacturers, Local Enterprise Zone & Partners, Airports, EASA, CAA, TCO & Part NCC Operators, IT Consultants, Software Developers and Colleges, demonstrating the breadth and diversity of experience available through LEMAUREY.

Andy's extensive portfolio of experience and knowledge has also been augmented by roles in aviation including Airside Operations & Safety Manager , Aerodrome Accountable Manager, General Manager, Flight Operations & Safety Manager, Resource Planning Manager, Ground Operations Manager & Form 4 Post Holder.

The breadth of senior management experience has led to Andy's extensive success at delivering a vast array of projects including a newly CAA licensed Airport, Integrated Management Systems, new Operational Manuals, Safety Management Systems, major infrastructure rehabilitation, new business development, master-planning, feasibility studies, exemplary CAA audit results, EASA Certificated Aerodrome transition.
